John Hancock Funds [profile] wants to offer a new active ETF, reports ETF Daily News. In a recent filing with the SEC, the fund indicated it wants to roll out the John Hancock Global Balanced ETF, but no ticker or expense ratio were specified.

This new offering will try to balance a high level of current income and growth of capital, with a greater focus on the latter.
