Jack Bogle is ready to release his last investing testament.

"The Clash of the Cultures: Investment vs. Speculation," is the Vanguard founder's tenth and last book, which is a summary of his years in the investment field, reports Allan Roth for CBS News.

Bogle also dishes out lessons to lessen lose amid speculation.
