Vanguard has cut expense ratios on five funds, and raised the ratio for one.

According to an an announcement made the following expense ratio changes:
Fund (Class)                      New Ratio              Change
Equity Income (Investor)     30 basis points         -1 bp
Equity Income (Admiral)     21 basis points         -1 bp
Growth Equity (Investor)     54 basis points         +2 bp
PRIMECAP Core (Investor)   50 basis points         -1 bp
Strategic Equity (Investor)   29 basis points         -4bp
Stratgic Sml Cap Eq (Invest) 40 basis points         -3bp
