The
SEC will have a new enforcement chief soon, according to a
Wall Street Journal report.
The position will be filled with
Andrew Ceresney, who has long worked under new SEC chair
Mary Jo White, including for five years in the Manhattan US Attorney's office and at Debevoise & Plimpton.
The announcement is White's first big decision and could come today, according to reporter Jean Eaglesham.
