BlackRock Rebrands Long Duration

BlackRock Funds II has renamed its roughly $280 million "BlackRock Long Duration Bond Portfolio" to “BlackRock Investment Grade Bond Portfolio.” In its 497 filing with the SEC, the board of trustees of BlackRock Funds II has also changed the benchmark index by which the bund measures its performance, and made adjustments to the find's strategies and risks.
