A Cohen & Steers Fund Ends Sub-Advisory Agreement

The board of directors of the Cohen & Steers Real Assets Fund has approved the termination of the fund’s sub-advisory agreement with Investec Asset Management effective at the close of business on July 29, 2013. Cohen & Steers Capital Management [profile], the fund’s investment advisor, will manage the fund’s allocation to natural resource companies beginning July 29, 2013. [SEC Filing].
