AXA Premier VIP Trust has amended the prospectuses of their AXA Allocation Portfolios and Target Allocation Portfolios. The section of the Prospectus entitled “Management Team – Management Fees” will be changed, effective September 1. Also effective September 1, AllianceBernstein L.P. [profile] will no longer serves as a sub-adviser to the Active Allocated Portion of the Portfolio but continue to serve as sub-adviser to the Index Allocated Portion of the Portfolio. Thus, Daniel Roarty and Amy Raskin with AllianceBernstein are no longer PMs for the fund. Another change effective September 1, 2013 is the section of the statement of additional intent entitled “Investment Management and Other Services – The Administrator” will be revised.
