A Subadvisor Will Take Over Three Dundee Funds

JO Hambro Capital Management Limited is taking over three mutual funds — the JOHCM Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund, the JOHCM Global Equity Fund and the JOHCM International Select Fund — from DundeeWealth [profile], recreating them as a series of Advisers Investment Trust, pending shareholder approval at a meeting on October 18. Dundee had served as the funds' advisor while JOHCM had sub-advised them. [SEC filing].
