Ascent Caps Expenses For a Real Estate Fund

Effective September 1, Ascent Investment Advisors [profile] implemented expense reimbursements and waivers to cap the James Alpha Global Real Estate Investments Portfolio's expenses through December 31, 2014. The fees are now capped at 244 basis points, 149 bps and 267 bps for A shares, I shares and C shares, respectively [SEC filing].
