A Laguna Beach Shop Hires a Boston Salesman

AFAM [profile] continues to gradually ramp up its sales team.

The Laguna-based firm has hired Daniel Driscoll has been appointed vice president, Northeast Regional Sales Director. Driscoll reportedly will primarily focus on sales for the tactical exchange-traded fund (ETF) products offered by AFAM’s Innealta Capital division.

  In this newly created role, Driscoll will be responsible for business acquisition and retention as well as advisor education throughout the Northeast territory, extending from the northern tip of Maine down to the Mid-Atlantic region. He is based in Boston and will report to Scott Silverman, senior vice president of Business Development at Innealta.

In July, AFAM hired Chris Creed as a business development vice president.

Boston-Based Executive to Focus on Increasing Distribution of Innealta’s Tactical ETF Strategies



  AFAM Capital, one of the top U.S. asset management boutiques providing specialty investment solutions to financial advisors and private clients, announces that Daniel P. Driscoll has been appointed Vice President, Northeast Regional Sales Director. Mr. Driscoll will primarily focus on sales for the tactical exchange-traded fund (ETF) products offered by AFAM’s Innealta Capital division.

  In this newly created role, Mr. Driscoll will be responsible for business acquisition and retention as well as advisor education throughout the Northeast territory, extending from the northern tip of Maine down to the Mid-Atlantic region. He is based in Boston and will report to Scott Silverman, Senior Vice President of Business Development at Innealta Capital.

  Mr. Driscoll previously spent 12 years at Congress Asset Management in Boston, where he was most recently a Vice President and Regional Director in charge of business and client service in the New York Metro area. Prior to Congress, he worked at Boston Capital for six years in a variety of sales positions. Mr. Driscoll holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance from Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I.
