Erik Liik, the co-founder, and former chief executive and president of
FocusShares, has moved into yet another territory of '40 Act Country.
Previously, Liik
has served as a consultant in ETF distribution, and before that a consultant on sales and marketing with
Teucrium Trading.
Liik had been with FocusShares from its founding in 2007 to 2012, when he was
replaced as CEO by Scott Golde.
Now, Liik is a managing director for business development at Poliwogg, a healthcare investment firm that, among other things, develops "40 Act business development companies that invest in health and life science companies.
