Harbor Capital has hired a veteran salesman who will reach out to RIAs east of the Mississippi: John Clough as a senior vice president.

Before that, he has serviced as a vice president for ten years at Forward, handling high end RIA relationships, consultant relationships and plans sponsors for that region.

And before that, he worked for six years with Natixis Global Asset Management as a regional vice president, again covering that same region.
