AdvisorShares has hired a former top sales executive with CMG Capital.

Joseph Yoon, who previously served as vice president for institutional sales for CMG, is now executive vice president of advisor services for AdvisorShares.

Prior to working for CMG he had served as a director of business development for Ceros Financial Services. Before that, Yoon had worked for nine years at Rydex, ultimately attaining the position of director of business development.
