RS Investments has promoted Allison Thacker to co-portfolio manager of the RS Internet Age Fund. She had been an analyst in the growth equities group covering Internet and consumer discretionary stocks at the San Francisco-based firm since July 2000. She will work alongside portfolio managers Jim Callinan, Stephen Bishop, and Wendell Laidley.
