Delaware Investments has hired Christian C. Reimer as a product manager in the firm's 529 college savings plan product group. He was most recently at Alliance Capital Management in New York City where he was assistant vice president, 529 product manager and responsible for coordinating communications within the sales force and speaking at 529 plan sales conferences and client seminars.

In his new position, Reimer will be responsible for product management, product marketing, and affinity program development and management. He reports to Tom McConnell, head of 529 plans at Delaware Investments.
