A T. Rowe Price [profile] bigwig is recuperating after a cycling accident.

MFWire has learned that Alan Levenson, chief economist at the Baltimore-based mutual fund giant, is working remotely in the wake of the accident. He was missed this morning at T. Rowe's investing outlook media event this morning.

"He took a spill off a bike," T. Rowe spokesman Ed Giltenan confirms. "He's ok. He's recovering."

An alum of Aubrey G. Lanston & Co, Yale and NYU, Levenson first joined T. Rowe 16 years ago.
