A key home office executive is moving on from
UBS, and a 10-year company veteran is taking his place.
MFWire has learned that
Doug Wilde is leaving the wirehouse. UBS spokesman Gregg Rosenberg confirms, that
Mark Sloss is filling Wilde's shoes as head of model and portfolios.
MFWire could not reach Wilde himself for comment on his departure.
Sloss reports to
Natasha Yeoh, head of investment management for UBS Wealth Management Americas. Rosenberg confirms that Sloss, who once served as deputy head of investment management research, also leads UBS WMA's sustainable investment effort.
"Mark will continue to bring his extensive experience, investment acumen and client focus to our discretionary mandates," Rosenberg tells
MFWire in an e-mailed statement.
An alumnus of Colby and of American University, Wilde has worked at UBS for the past eight years. Prior to that he spent nine years at Merrill Lynch.
