GE Financial has promoted
Adam Rochlin, who most recently served as president of
GE's Capital Brokerage Corporation and
GE Brokerage Services, to a newly-created position of national sales manager within its personal retirement effort.
Rochlin is charged with overseeing sales of annuities and mutual funds through intermediary channels, including wirehouses and independent broker-dealers, mainly to individual investors confirmed a spokesperson for the GE unit.
He effectively took on his new responsibilities at the start of May, and he reports in to
Frank Gencarelli, executive vice president and head of GE's retirement services group.
Rochlin left
OppenheimerFunds in 1998 to join GE as a vice president of its asset management unit.
