The AB Global Thematic Growth Fund 's name will be changed to AB Sustainable Global Thematic Fund on Nov. 1.

As of today, the investment advisory fee for the Aspiriant Risk-Managed Global Equity Fund was reduced from 0.40 percent to 0.24 percent. The Aspiriant Risk-Managed Municipal Bond Fund's investment advisory fee was reduced from 0.30 percent to 0.27 percent.

Management, Subadvisor or PM updates

On Aug. 6, Taylor Wagenseil will cease to be the PM for the following funds: MainStay Absolute Return Multi-Strategy Fund; MainStay High Yield Opportunities Fund ; MainStay Unconstrained Bond Fund and MainStay Income Builder Fund .

Charlie Hu replaced David Lai as a PM of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited, which is the subadvisor to the VanEck Vectors ChinaAMC China Bond ETF.

Strategy Shifts

The AB Concentrated Growth Fund 's board of directors updated its investment objective and strategies, which will be effective Nov. 1.

The AB Global Thematic Growth Fund 's investment strategy will change to "reflect a focus on investing insecurities of companies that are positively exposed to sustainable investment themes" starting Nov. 1.

Terminated Funds

The AB Michigan Portfolio is scheduled to be liquidated sometime around Oct. 31.
