As of January 24, Richard Barone resigned his position as trustee for the Ancora Trust. He will continue to serve as a PM for the Ancora Income Fund and the Ancora Special Opportunity Fund.

Fund Mergers and Liquidations

On February 22, the Vanguard Structured Broad Market Fund and the Vanguard Structured Large-Cap Equity Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On February 27, the Invesco Macro International Equity Fund and the Invesco Macro Long/Short Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On February 28, Appleton Partners, Inc's fund, the Appleton Equity Growth Fund, will terminate and liquidate.

On March 15, the Virtus Emerging Markets Equity Income Fund and the Virtus Essential Resources Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On March 30, the Janus International Equity Fund will terminate and liquidate.

Fees

On February 1, Liberty Street Advisors, Inc's fund, the West Loop Realty Fund, will update its management fee and annual fund operating expenses.

On February 1, Segall Bryant & Hamill's fund, the Segall Bryant & Hamill Small Cap Value Fund, will update its management fee.

Portfolio Managers

As of December 31, 2016, Steve Wittwer no longer serves as a PM or research analyst for the Great Lakes Large Cap Value Fund.

Eric Brock Clough Capital Partners Portfolio Manager and Owner

As of January 25, Eric Brock no longer serves as a PM of the Clough China Fund or the Clough Global Long-Short Fund.

On January 30, the Samuel Rhee will no longer serve as a PM to the Emerging Markets Equity Portfolio, a member of the Universal Institutional Funds, Inc.

On June 30, Kirk Mayer will no longer serve as PM to the John Hancock Seaport Fund.

Carl Pappo and Jason Callan are now co-PMs of the Columbia Core Bond ETF.

Charles John no longer serves as PM to the Scout Global Equity Fund.

Rebranding

As of January 20, the Voya Capital Allocation Fund is renamed the Voya Global Multi-Asset Fund. The fund will also update its principal investment strategies.

On May 1, the AST Value Equity Portfolio will undergo a name change and become the AST T. Rowe Price Large-Cap Value Portfolio.

On July 7, the Vanguard Target Retirement 2010 Fund will reorganize into the Vanguard Target Retirement Income Fund.

The Barclays Aggregate Bond Index Portfolio is undergoing a name change and will be renamed the MetLife Aggregate Bond Index Portfolio.

Share Classes

As of December 27, 2016, the Westcore Small-Cap Growth Fund II is only offering institutional class shares.

On January 25, the Federated Short-Term Income Fund will offer Class R6 Shares.

New and Upcoming Funds

AmericaFirst Capital Management, LLC is launching the AmericaFirst Large Cap Share Buyback Fund.

The Dreyfus Corporation is launching the Dreyfus Natural Resources Fund.
