BlackRock is launching the BlackRock All-Cap Energy & Resources Portfolio, the BlackRock Energy & Resources Portfolio, the BlackRock International Opportunities Portfolio, the BlackRock Advantage Small Cap Growth Fund and the BlackRock U.S. Opportunities Portfolio.

ETF Managers Group LLC is launching the PureFunds ISE Big Data ETF, the PureFunds ISE Mobile Payments ETF, the PureFunds ISE Cyber Security ETF, the PureFunds ISE Junior Silver (Small Cap Miners/Explorers) ETF, the PureFunds Drone Economy Strategy ETF, the PureFunds Video Game Tech ETF, the PureFunds Solactive FinTech ETF and the PureFunds ETFx HealthTech ETF. It is also launching the BlueStar TA-BIGITech Israel Technology ETF.

OFI Global Asset Management, Inc is launching the Oppenheimer Global Multi-Alternatives Fund.

Anujeet Sareen is now a PM of the Legg Mason BW Global Opportunities Bond Fund and the Legg Mason BW Absolute Return Opportunities Fund.

Spencer Stewart no longer serves as a PM for the Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund, a member of the Financial Investors Trust.

Beth Vanney, Orhan Imer, and Toby Nangle no longer serve as PMs for the AST Columbia Adaptive Risk Allocation Portfolio.

Fees


On May 1, the Schwab Fundamental Emerging Markets Large Company Index Fund will update its initial investment minimum, shareholder servicing fee and expense limitation.

The AB Emerging Markets Multi-Asset Portfolio and the AB Select US Long/Short Portfolio have updated their management fees. They're also implemented a fee waiver and expense reimbursement plan.

Rebranding


On February 22, the Schwab Short-Term Bond Market Fund and the Schwab Total Bond Market Fund will be closed to new investors. On May 19, the Schwab Short-Term Bond Market Fund will reorganize into the Schwab Short-Term Bond Index Fund, and the Schwab Total Bond Market Fund will reorganize into the Schwab U.S. Aggregate Bond Index Fund.

The Aspiriant Risk-Managed Global Equity Fund is rebranding into the Aspiriant Risk-Managed Equity Allocation Fund. The rebranded fund will also update its fees.

The Delaware Diversified Floating Rate Fund is rebranding into the Delaware Floating Rate Fund. Likewise, the Delaware Core Plus Bond Fund is rebranding into the Delaware Strategic Income Fund.

Investment Strategy


On March 9, fund shareholders will vote on a change of investment strategy for the Dreyfus Third Century Fund. The fund will also undergo a name change to the Dreyfus Sustainable U.S. Equity Fund, if approved by shareholders.
