Fund Liquidations

On April 7, the AdvisorShares Athena High Dividend ETF will be terminated and liquidated.

On April 28, the Geneva Advisors Emerging Markets Fund, a fund advised by Geneva Advisors, LLC, will be terminated and liquidated.

On May 25, the John Hancock Global Real Estate Fund will be terminated and liquidated.

Investment Strategy

On June 19, the Prudential QMA Large-Cap Core Equity Fund will shift its principle investment strategies.

As of March 22, Evermore Global Advisors, LLC is a subadvisor of the Litman Gregory Masters International Fund. Additionally, David Marcus is now a PM of the fund.

On April 30, Christopher Kelleher will retire as a co-PM of the Virtus Strategic Allocation Fund and the Virtus Bond Fund and the Virtus Low Duration Income Fund. Edwin Tai no longer serves as a PM of the Virtus Credit Opportunities Fund.

Ping Wang is now a PM of the MainStay International Opportunities Fund.

Colin Chickles no longer serves as a PM of the Fidelity Emerging Asia Fund. John Dance is now a PM of the fund.
