Jim Cronin, head of broker-dealer field distributions at Baltimore-based
T. Rowe Price [
profile], has expanded the company's U.S. intermediaries (USI) broker-dealer distribution team, according to a press memo from the company. The USI team recently hired three new regional vice presidents of investment consulting and promoted two more from within.

Jim Cronin, head of broker-dealer field distributions. "Their deep industry knowledge, distribution expertise and sales experience will be valuable to our team as we continue to grow our business to meet the growing demand by advisors."
New hires include
Adam Byard,
Rick Falcione, and
James Mugno, all with more than ten years of experience in the field. The two internal promotions are
Garrett Siperko and
Tony Polichemi.
Byard joins T. Rowe after nine years with
J.P. Morgan where he held a position as vice president and external client advisor, based in Arizona. He reports to
Rich Schultz, vice president and divisional sales manager for the company's western division
Florida-based Mugno will work in the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and Naples areas, following 12 years at
OppenheimerFunds where he was most recently a vice president, external wholesaler, and senior advisor consultant. Mungo reports to
Barrett Wragg, vice president and divisional sales manager for the southern division.
The team also welcomes Falcione to its Indiana-Kentucky region after 19 years with
Amundi Pioneer Asset Management, formerly Pioneer Investment Management prior to its acquisition by Amundi in 2017. Falcione most recently served as a senior vice president. He reports to
Megan Hopps, vice president and divisional sales manager for the northern division.
J.P. Morgan, Oppenheimer, and Amundi declined to comment.
Siperko, based in Wisconsin, was promoted after eight years with the company, and Polichemi, based in T. Rowe's home state of Maryland, has been with the company for six years. They report to Hopps and Wragg respectively.
