A 20-year J.P. Morgan veteran is taking over an $11.99-billion-AUM (as of December 31) boutique in Pennsylvania, four years after joining its parent.

Last Friday (November 1), Peter Zuleba, president and CEO of Glenmede, confirmed the immediate appointment of Liz Eldridge as president of Glenmede's asset management arm, Glenmede Investment Management [profile]. Eldridge most recently served as managing director and head of the manager research group at Philadelphia-based Glenmede.

Eldridge succeeds Kent Weaver as president of Glenmede IM. According to the Glenmede team, Weaver "previously announced his decision to leave the firm to explore new opportunities."

Zuleba highlights Eldridge's "extensive industry experience."

Before joining Glenmede in 2020, Eldridge spent more than two decades with J.P. Morgan, serving in a variety of leadership roles with J.P. Morgan Asset Management and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She eventually rose to executive director, glbal head of equity and equity alternative due diligence. She is an alumna of Georgetown University.

Weaver joined Glenmede IM in 2015 as director of sales and client service, and he took over as president in 2021. Earlier, he worked with Philadelphia International Advisors and with Glenmede Trust Company. He is an alumnus of Lehigh University and (twice over) of Carnegie Mellon University.
