Yesterday (August 11), the folks at
Themes ETFs launched the
Leverage Shares 2X Long BULL Daily ETF (BULG on the
Nasdaq), the
Leverage Shares 2X Long CRCL Daily ETF (CRCG), and the
Leverage Shares 2X Long CRWV Daily ETF (CRWG), and they also filed to launch the
Leverage Share 2X Long ETOR Daily ETF (ETOG) and the
Leverage Shares 2X Long GLXY Daily ETF (GLGG). Greenwich, Connecticut-based Themes Management Company, LLC serves as investment advisor to all five ETFs.
Yesterday was the inception date for CRWG, CRCG, and BULG, while GLGG and ETOG have not yet debuted. All five funds have the same expense ratio: 75 basis points.
Like all Themes' other
U.S. Leverage Shares ETFs so far (yesterday's triple launch expands that menu to 22 ETFs and counting), the 5 new and planned Leverage Shares ETFs are designed to offer 200 percent of the daily performance of different individual stocks:
BULG is designed to track Webull Corporation (BULL), an electronic trading platform provider;
CRCG (like a similar ETF that launched last week) is designed to track Circle Internet Group, Inc. (CRCL), a stablecoin network operator;
CRWG is designed to track CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV), an AI cloud-computing company;
ETOG is designed to track eToro Group Ltd. (ETOR), a social investment platform provider; and
GLGG is designed to track Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. (GLXY), a digital assets and data center infrastructure company.
All five new and planned Leverage Shares ETFs use the same, three-person, Themes PM team, which includes:
Paul Bartkowiak, associate vice president of portfolio management;
Dingxun (Kevin) Shao, vice president of product management and development; and
Calvin Tsang, head of product management and development.
GLGG, ETOG, CRWG, CRCG, and BULG are each actively managed, non-diversified series of
Themes ETF Trust. The ETFs' other service providers include:
SS&C's Alps Distributors, Inc. as distributor;
Cohen & Company, Ltd. as independent accounting firm;
Practus, LLP as counsel;
U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (dba U.S. Bank Global Fund Services) as administrator and transfer agent; and
U.S. Bank National Association as custodian.
