The folks at a $38-billion-AUM* asset manager near Philadelphia are rolling out three new index ETFs. The fund firm now offers 59 exchange-traded funds in total, and they're also expanding their sales team.
Last week,
Sean O'Hara, president of
Pacer ETFs [
profile],
unveiled the launch of the
Pacer International Export Leaders ETF (PIEL on the
Cboe BZX), the
Pacer S&P 500 Quality FCF High Dividend ETF (QFHD), and the
Pacer S&P 500 Quality FCF R&D Leaders ETF (QFRD). Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Pacer Advisors, Inc. will serve as investment advisor to the new funds.
O'Hara also mentioned that Pacer is adding a national sales manager and a pair of external wholesalers.
QFRD and QFHD's inception date was January 12, and their expense ratio is 49 basis points. QFHD now has about $1.012 million in AUM**, while QFRD now has about $972,000.
PIEL's inception date was December 22, and its expense ratio is 60bps. The new ETF now has about $1.048 million in AUM**
Pacer's
Index Design Group serves as index provider to PIEL. The new fund is designed to track the
Pacer International Export Leaders Index.
S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC serves as index provider to QFHD and QFRD. QFRD is designed to track the
S&P 500 Quality FCF R&D Leaders Index, while QFHD tracks the
S&P 500 Quality FCF High Dividend Index.
Rupert Watts, head of factors and dividends at S&P Dow Jones Indices, says that QFHD and QFRD "show how free cash flow, when combined with other factors, can deliver enhanced exposures — whether supporting innovation and long-term growth or providing sustainable income."
"This latest launch further expands the index-linked products based on S&P DJI's underlying Quality FCF framework, reflecting the strength of our ongoing collaboration with Pacer and our commitment to delivering transparent, rules-based benchmark solutions for market participants," Watts states.
"Our focus in 2026 is providing advisors with a toolkit that is as resilient as it is innovative," O'Hara states. "Expanding our Quality FCF and Leaders series reinforces our commitment to delivering the strategic, rules-based solutions Pacer is known for."
QFRD, QFHD, and PIEL are each passively managed, non-diversified series of
Pacer Funds Trust. The new ETFs' other service providers include:
Pacer Financial, Inc. as distributor;
Practus LLP as counsel;
Sanville & Company as independent accounting;
U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (dba U.S. Bank Global Fund Services) as administrator, fund accountant, index receipt agent, and transfer agent; and
