Barry Papa, formerly executive director within Oppenheimer's Private Client Division, joined FCA Corp. in late April as the advisor's chief operating and compliance officer.
Papa worked with FCA head Robert Scharar for years while at Oppenheimer.
The 26-employee strong Houston company is the advisor to the Commonwealth International Series Trust funds.
