Citizens Advisers' President, Sophia Collier, has struck gold. Citizens Advisers convinced what Collier called an "undiscovered gem" of a manager to join her firm.

Jonathan White, formerly of Banknorth Wealth Management, joined the socially-responsible asset manager on July 1. At Banknorth, White managed the firm's Large Cap Core Fund.

A Banknorth spokesperson did not immediately return a call seeking comment regarding a replacement for White.

White will take over for Collier as manager of the Core Growth Fund and co-manager of the Balanced Fund.

Collier remains the manager of Citizens’ 300 and Value Funds.
