Delaware Investments has found a new chief financial officer. Philip Russo will take over for current interim CFO Joseph Hastings.

Hastings, also the controller and treasurer of Delaware, has served as interim CFO for approximately one year.

Russo will report to Jude Driscoll, president and chief executive officer of Delaware.

Russo leaves Prudential Investment Management, where he was vice president of finance.
