Forward Management has tapped Charlene St. John as director of marketing.

St. John comes most recently from San Francisco-based CLS Consulting, with prior experience at American Century Investments and Woods Creative Group.

St. John replaces Craig Lamson, who left to pursue traveling and other personal interests, said Erick Kanter, Forward spokesman.

Neil Stallings also joins Forward as manager of business development and shareholder advocacy in the firm's Sustainable Investments Group. Stallings was director of social research and shareholder advocacy at Progressive Asset Management in Oakland, California.
