Baring Asset Management has hired Crispin Crispwell as co-portfolio manager of the Baring Global Growth Trust and senior investor in its multi-asset team.

Baring, a subsidiary of ING Groep, hired Crispwell away from Insight Investment Management, where he headed the U.S. equity team.

Insight hired Sandy Black to replace Crispwell. Black, who will start on November 15, will report to Abdallah Nauphal, Insight's chief investment officer.
