Diana Herrmann, chief operating officer and president of Aquila Investment Management, has added another hat. Herrmann will now serve as chief executive officer of the New York-based manager to the Aquila fund family.

Lacy Herrmann steps down as chief executive officer of Aquila, but will retain chairmanship of the company.

The Aquila Group of Funds has approximately $4.1 billion in assets.
