Harris Associates, the investment adviser to the Oakmark Funds, has named Chad Clark as co-manager of the Oakmark International Small Cap Fund. Clark joins David Herro as co-manager of the fund and replaces Michael Welsh.

Welsh will continue to co-manage the Oakmark International Fund and the Oakmark Global Fund.
