Schwab is searching for wholesalers to pitch the Laudus and Schwab Funds, according to the company's Web site. The firm is looking for a wholesaler based in Chicago and another based in Boston, New York or Philadelphia.

The wholesalers will target RIAs, bank trusts, independent broker-dealers, and third-party administrators.

It could not immediately be confirmed whether the posts are new or whether the wholesalers will be replacing others.

A company spokesperson was not immediately able to provide details on the job openings.
