Janus stockholders approved the selection of Deloitte & Touche as independent auditor during the firm's annual meeting on Thursday. Stockholders also elected five directors, among them new CEO Dick Weil, to three-year terms on the board.

Other newly elected directors are G. Andrew Cox, Deborah Gatzek, Robert Parry and Jock Patton.
