Fresh from completing its $2.31 billion acquisition of
PNC Global Investment Servicing,
BNY Mellon Asset Servicing has created a new global financial institutions group dedicated to the mutual fund, banking and insurance sectors.

Steve Wynne, formerly CEO of PNC GIS, will become CEO of U.S. Funds Services.
Nancy Wolcott, previously president of PNC GIS, will become head of U.S. Funds Services.
Lou Maiuri, who currently serves as global head of outsourcing at BNY Mellon Asset Servicing and chairman of Eagle Investment Solutions, will have a broader role as head of U.S. financial institutions within the global financial institutions group.
Nadine Chakar, most recently head of Europe Middle East and Africa, will run the global financial institutions group. She will continue to report to
Jim Palermo and
Tim Keaney, co-CEOs of BNY Mellon Asset Servicing.

Meanwhile,
Frank Froud, who led client management for the U.S. at BNY Mellon, will become the new head of EMEA Asset Servicing.
Tuesday's news comes on the heels of the close of BNY Mellon's acquisition of PNC GIS on July 1.
