Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel is looking for a regional director for the Western region, according to the company's Web site. The regional director will report to chief sales and marketing officer Sal Capizzi.

It could not not immediately be confirmed whether the post is new or pre-existing. Capizzi could not immediately be reached for comment.

San Diego-based Dunham offers a dozen sub-advised mutual funds that operate on performance-based advisory fees.
