Fundsters may not be surprised to hear that
Munder Capital
Management [
see
profile] is collapsing a mutual fund from
Integrity Asset
Management into one of Munder's own. Last year Birmingham,
Michigan-based Munder bought Louisville, Kentucky-based Integrity
(see
The MFWire,
12/2/2010), and today Munder filed to collapse the $210.32
million
Veracity Small Cap Value Fund into the $131.67
million
Munder Small-Cap Value Fund [
see filing].
The Veracity board approved the merger, and shareholders can vote
on the merger at a special meeting on April 7.
